I appreciate your input on this discussion! Villainizing people who grew up with more isn’t the solution (I understand there are exceptions — the recent college scandal, for example, but generally, most people have to work hard to maintain their place). It only breeds more hatred and keeps people trapped where they’re at. I’ve noticed two extremes with posts concerning success— there are people in self-help who say that anybody can become rich and super successful (it’s just not attainable for everybody), while on the opposite end, there are people who think that anyone who isn’t poor is to blame for every injustice.
